In collaboration with three international audit firms — SGS, BSI Japan, and Bureau Veritas — the annual supplier audit report is published alongside the ESG report.
Two material violations were disclosed in total, all rectified. The commitment to transparency does not bend with the size of the number.
Biodiversity protection commitments for the cultivation sites of botanical raw materials. Working with the Kyoto life-sciences startup to advance joint protection research for rare raw materials, kept aligned with the supplier ethics of the V-3 Women's Wellness Initiative.
The Group signs 5-10-year long‑term contracts with core suppliers, establishing "long‑term partner" relationships with 24 core suppliers and providing technology-upgrade support (echoing II-5 technology).
