Alignment with Group Values
Work at the Kyoto Institute is built around a 7–10 year R&D cycle. A scientist's work here is not cut short by quarterly milestones, nor pulled by external noise. The 600+ permanently archived formulations represent the Group's long-term commitment to scientific rigor, and they are also the daily subject of this role.
The Institute is connected to the Group's investment engine through a feedback mechanism that channels stable funding back into basic research, so that a researcher's work can genuinely serve the Group's commitment to women's wholeness.
