Responsibilities
- Lead global market trend research for Bijin Privé and produce market reports with genuine temporal depth.
- Conduct competitive analysis, consumer insight studies and product structure analysis as part of standard market research work.
- Partner with the Kyoto Institute to channel real market-side needs back into the R&D roadmap.
- Analyze cross-regional market differences across the three core markets: Japan, Greater China and Europe.
- Author internal brand research notes and support material preparation for external insight pieces.
Requirements
Required
- Bachelor's degree or above in market research, business, sociology or psychology.
- 3+ years of experience in market research or consumer insight.
- Genuine sensitivity to women's issues, with sustained attention to the field.
- Fluency in Japanese or English.
Preferred
- Experience in women's health, intimate care or maternal & infant industries.
- Combined command of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
