Group Legal Specialist, Compliance

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory filing and compliance support for the Group's quasi-drug products, ensuring alignment between the product side and the regulatory side.
• Lead international legal work, covering compliance research and support across Japan, Greater China and Europe/North America.
• Maintain the Group's intellectual property portfolio, including legal management of 87 proprietary patents and 600+ formulation assets.
• Conduct legal review of the Group's external contracts, covering strategic partnerships, supply chain and commercial real estate matters.
• Provide legal grounding for the Group's commitment to governance transparency, ensuring the traceability of our governance system.

Requirements

Required

• Legal background, with a bachelor's degree or above; an LL.M. is preferred.
• 3+ years of in-house legal experience.
• Compliance experience in the Japan market.
• Fluency in Japanese or English.

Preferred

• Legal experience in cosmetics, quasi-drugs or food industries.
• Working knowledge of IP law, contract law and cross-border compliance.
