Group Internship Program (Current University Students)

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day work of the host business unit, with exposure to the Group's full business landscape.
• Rotate across business lines, covering life sciences, brand, investment and sustainability.
• Contribute to internal research notes and project debriefs.
• Deliver specific project outputs under a mentor's guidance.

Requirements

Required

• Current undergraduate or master's student at a top 100 global university.
• Fluency in English or Japanese; reading and writing in both is a plus.
• Clear identification with the Group's long-termist values.

Preferred

• Genuine interest in beauty, life sciences, investment or women's issues.
• Prior research or internship experience in a related field.
